Giving away door cards?
So sorry if this has been answered before, but new to the game & trying to figure this out. On your turn, are you allowed to "give away" door card/s to another player/s?
Thanks for any help |

Re: Giving away door cards?
It depends on if you're talking about charity or just giving stuff away.
The only things you can give away or trade are items. An item has a gold value, even if it says "no value." However, if you are talking about the charity phase at the end of your turn, you may give anything from your hand, door or treasure, to get down to your hand limit.

Re: Giving away door cards?
Just for added clarification to what Bampop said, when trading Items with other players, the Items must be in play to do so. You can't just give Item cards from your hand to somebody.
And during Charity, you don't get to choose who you are giving cards to. They must go to the lowest level player or players as evenly as possible, unless you are one of the lowest players, in which case you must discard them. So putting it all together, if your intended recipient is one of the lowest level players, you are not one of the lowest level players and you have more than your hand limit of cards at the end of your turn, then you are allowed to give them any door card in your hand.
