The next two stretch goals are both for Ogre; the $135,000 stretch goal is a big one:

OK, OK. I bumped up to $200. I hope you're happy now.

I am. :)

Yes, there's a distinct difference in the force mixes in the original games; representing different focus for each side. Especially in G.E.V., there's a BIG emphasis on the attackers using GEV-heavy forces against conventional defensive units. That's probably why I like GEVs so much; I used them a LOT growing up playing hours of Breakthrough and Raid. :-)

$130,000 stretch goal adding Ogre storage solutions to the project has been unlocked. Next: $135,000 and die-cut counters for Shockwave and the Ogre Reinforcement Pack.

And, with the addition of Awful Green Things, I believe we're at $308 as a cost to "buy it all," excepting the Bullet Dice and Cthulhu Dice:

Start with the Car Wars level of support: $200
Add three more games (#12, #13, #15): $60
Add 4 empty boxes: $20
Add Uncle Al's 2036: $10
Add Folders: $18
Total: $308

I was hoping the original Ogre Battlefields would show up as a stretch goal, that's the only Ogre supplement not in my collection.

That was released too late, in 2000.

Yeah, I seem to recall that getting shot down because it's post-80s.

That one traditionally hasn't been _too_ hard to find for a reasonable price, but I haven't looked in a while. It _is_ at least available as a PDF now.

Post-Sixth Edition, all old Ogre games have skyrocketed in price, even moreso than after Designer's Edition. It took me two years to find a copy of Metagaming's second edition of GEV, and that's only because the seller didn't know that they had it and it was barely visible in one corner of one photograph in a larger lot. Similarly, I got my Martian Metals Mk. V miniature for $35, and less than a year later one in only slightly better condition went for over $150 - which was likely due to the two Miniatures Sets.

Even "worse," ever since the Pocket Box Kickstarter went live, the price of all the old micro-format games - from all companies - has jumped as supplies have begun to dry up. It's really been fascinating to watch, though frustrating as I try to fill in the gaps in my classic collection. :D
