If using Technical Grappling, I think you would have to do a Rapid Strike (-6 to both rolls) the 1st attack being a grapple and the 2nd being the "Pickup" technique.
Basic Set had something about 1 turn to pick up something less than your Basic Lift 1-handed, 2 turns to lift twice your baic lift 1-handed, and 3 turns to lift 8x your basic lift 2-handed. I'm not sure how that translates to the Pickup technique though. Pickup talks about lifting things to "crouching" level, which sounds like less than "overhead" which is what I think the 1/2/4 rules were about, but I'm not sure how much that is exactly for bipeds, much less flying creatures or quadripeds. |

Or if you happen to have Hall of Judgment, the "Grab and Go" option for After a Grapple was built with this in mind. It's not a pound-for-pound type of calculation, but it was designed to let flying creatures pick up prey as well as other more grounded activities.
