What about the guns in Painkiller?

I guess there aren't any videos on youtube that showcase all the guns. Here's a FAQ that describes most of them.

The Painkiller is the most confusing.
Having never played the game, I had to look it up. The Painkiller sounds more like an Innate Attack than a piece of equipment. Unlike the other guns in the game, it doesn't have any ammo limit. It has a few modes, best represented by a couple Alternate Attacks. The Primary seems to be a short-ranged Area or Cone attack inflicting cutting damage. The Secondary warhead is a bit strange, since it has different effects depending on whether it hits terrain, an object or an enemy. I suppose you could represent those using Triggers + Follow-Up attacks.
