Re: "One-Punch Man" Striking ST?
Is an uppercut to the skull a rabbit punch, or am I picturing wrongly?

Re: "One-Punch Man" Striking ST?
A rabbit-punch is just a punch to the back of the head or neck, usually by surprise (thus allowing a Telegraphic Blow for +4 to hit vs a -5 to hit the skull from behind, probably also AoA (Strong) for +2 damage). It might also be a Two-Handed Punch (for +1 damage), or a Hammer Fist is the idea of smashing you fist into solid bone doesn't appeal.
An Uppercut is a short, powerful attack that usually comes from a low stance so there's a great deal of power from the legs as the attacker rises.

Re: "One-Punch Man" Striking ST?
Power Blow is probably appropriate here, definitely seems like the kind of move such a character would use.
