Prisoner are Release/Parole
I Wounder what level of Social Stigma would you give some which is currently a prisoner but who is under some kind of Limited Resale or Parole?
I'm thinking along the styles of Neil Caffrey of White Collar. It seams like a combination of Criminal Record + Subjugated. |

Re: Prisoner are Release/Parole
I would suggest Social Stigma (Criminal Record) and Duty (Non-Hazardous) to report to your Parole Officer and avoid felonious contacts. Possibly even Enemy (Watcher, Police Department, 6 or less).

It just they have enveloper less rights than people with criminal record, like spontaneous search with out a warrant etc

Re: Prisoner are Release/Parole
That would be covered under Duty. It's not much different than a Military Duty in some ways; your life is in the hands of somebody else. You have to report when they tell you to, avoid many activities because "they say so," and are subject to special criminal punishments for your behavior.

Duty and Status covers it pretty well, I think, just remember the Duty is any time, anywhere, not that the parolee would be allowed to travel much; see episodes of this season's HOUSE, M.D. for some of the contortions he has to go through to keep up his habit of investigating patients' houses and families. |

Re: Prisoner are Release/Parole
Just add Involuntary to the Duty: It's enforced socially – by taking away rights – rather than emotionally (menacing your family) or physically (through threats of violence). Parole is one of the archetypes of Duty (Involuntary). Nonhazardous need not be the case; in some jurisdictions, your odds of getting a corrupt PO who abuses his authority to jeopardize your situation are very high.
