Your player with the Black Widow character agrees for their opening to be captured so you start with them as such.

The Hawkeye player wants to play against the party, but not in a jerk way that means they will hate him. So you work that into the story.

The guest player/advesary who lives outside of town asks to join a session so you give him Loki with explicit instructions that he needs to be captured at some point.
