Immortals
I'm making a "Highlander" style character, and I have most of the template fleshed out that I plan on using. Only one main thing left that I'm having issues with.
That would be the "Blade Lightning" power. Let me start it off with I'm not using Imbue. That may be the style of stuff it's designed for, but I'm not a fan of Imbue personally (lets just pretend for this thread it doesn't exist - thanks). What I have for mods is: Costs Fatigue (1) -5% Damage Modifier: Surge +20% Follow-Up (Melee Weapon Attack) +5% Side Effect (Stunning) +50% I'm not sure what modifier would make it only on a wield-able weapon. Should I add "Melee Attack: Reach C" at -30%, or put the above into an "Affliction" for Burning Attack Advantage for the weapon? I saw something one time for it, and I haven't been able to find it again where it was mentioned, so I reluctantly post this. But after close to a week and a half of searching, I'd like some advice. Thanks! |

Re: Immortals
Isn't this what Universal Follow-Up is for?

Re: Immortals
I am inclined to believe you are both right:
The build would thus be; Burning attack X: Surge Universal follow up Side effect (stunning) Costs fatigue Accessibility- metal melee weapon |
