You may want to check with your GM to see if you have the option of using multiple Concentrates on a single spell in a turn, reducing casting time. Additionally, unless you've modified it otherwise, Compartmentalized Mind does not require your normal action to be mental, and pixies tend to be highly mobile (on account of Flight). A tiny target flitting around the battlefield at half Move with All Out Defense (Dodge) while casting area denial and attack spells has the potential to be devastating.

I like that idea,like cast trip and then dodge and watch the hilarity ensue
