Default Star-Fu Munchkin

We have a question.
If a player (A) has +3 Armor and Turtle Kung Fu to triple that bonus.
Other player (B) plays Trap! Antimatter on players A armor.
Is player A on -9 combat bonus?
Turtle kung fu says it triples the bonus not penalty :)
Thank you!

Trap! Antimatter actually turns the Item in to a penalty, it no longer counts as Armor, so you can wear different Armor. So, no, it's not going to get tripled by Turtle Kung Fu.

I'm overruling part of this answer. Nothing in Antimatter says that the Item in question loses its properties, just that its bonus becomes a penalty and that you cannot lose it except by losing two levels.

So if your Armor gets hit with Antimatter, it is still Armor, just with a penalty rather than a bonus, and you cannot unequip the Armor in order to escape the penalty or lose a "Lose your Armor" effect to discard it.

The part of the answer about Turtle Kung Fu is correct. Turtle Kung Fu triples bonuses, not penalties.
