Random limited morph

So, I have a species on my setting that have their physical traits constantly changing between a set of options.
The set itself is individual, but they can't control it, as an example you can say something like the hair color changing between black,red,blue,silver and brown.
This can happen to any cosmetic physical trait.
The thing is, how should I treat it? It's a disad, an advantage, something between both things? And what exactly should I use? Someone suggested limited zeroed but it's not that you don't have any register of the person (even because other members of the species can recognize each other) they are just harder to identify by members of other species because you can't give a precise physical description of them, at the most, you can give a list of possibilities

Unnatural Features, perhaps, along with a limited version of Zeroed? "Forgettable Face" from Power-Ups 2: Perks may also apply.

Hum... This perk is better, and them "Minority group" because people don't deal well with their chaotic nature.

Unnatural Features is the opposite, it's easier to identify between members of their race
