hah.

To be fair, the second KS is genuinely a backup to the main one I play with, while the retail version was originally meant to be source material for multi-orange map play (missed the tournament 3-pack). The retail one has become what will be given to someone deserving (likely my niece), especially with the 6th Ed coming out.

LOL

Well, if it is GEV 6e, I'm not too upset. By hunting around for a deal I managed to pick up ODE for less than what Ogre 6e and GEV 6e would cost me (assuming they're both around $50-60). And neither one of them will be out by Christmas. The only advantage to waiting would be that the separate games would be a lot easier to fit in the game closet.

Considering what this thread has been about, my money is on the release of G.E.V. Pocket Edition, but a G.E.V. 6e announcement would be neat, too.

That could be a possibility as well. It would be a good way for them to test the waters.

That's exactly where I bought one. There's a bunch still up there, including the guy I bought mine from, apparently he had more than one copy.

I use my ODE box as the center pillar for a coffee table. That'd solve your game closet problem. I don't think my legs will be flexible enough to say the same about Ogre 6E.

I don't know what kind of furniture to make out of the pocket editions.

Well, actually, our game closet has a huge gap at the top of it (it's in a room with cathedral ceilings). So, no joke, I really am going to install a whole new shelf at the top of the closet just for ODE. We'll need a stepladder to get to it, but that's not really a problem.
