Re: Anything going on?
As a newbie to the IN community I'd say I'd love to see more games run, I haven't been able to find a game that really gets my interest going, NOBODY where I live has even heard of IN as far as I can tell. I would love to see more web-run games to choose from.

Re: Anything going on?
Well, how about running something that DOES interest you?

Re: Anything going on?
You always need a calculator to add up GURPS points totals.
I've been known to use a spreadsheet. Nowadays, I use character generation software (that I use myself). (I also use a spreadsheet with D&D/4e. Pain in the butt to level up to an even level otherwise.) I have my differences with the In Nomine core system, but one nice thing about it is that it doesn't need a calculator to create characters.... |

Re: Anything going on?
I ran one of my In Nomine "Daybreak" sessions over Skype a number of months ago, due to inclement weather (aka a blizzard). That actually seemed to work fairly well (though only 2 voices could come through at a time making for some troublesome moments when everyone wanted to talk). I've considered opening my campaign up to VOIP/IM in the near future--especially if I move away from Chicago. Of course, I'll let the board know! :)
PBEMs can move a little too slowly and lack the structure I enjoy while running.

I find it allows some perspective and give the GM time to consider things more sedately. When one needs to make a decision in 3 seconds, sometimes you miss the obvious connections. Structurally, it seems easier. One can link images, which help in many big ways Combat, of course, drags things down terribly YMMV |
