As a newbie to the IN community I'd say I'd love to see more games run, I haven't been able to find a game that really gets my interest going, NOBODY where I live has even heard of IN as far as I can tell. I would love to see more web-run games to choose from.

Well, how about running something that DOES interest you?

And if I can pull this off, I may pull in my gaming group. I just have to wean them off of d20's. Wish me luck.
Naw, don't bother weaning them. Just get IN GURPS so they can keep their pretty little dice and still get drawn into the War. IN GURPS, the gateway drug.

;)

What? GURPS uses 3d6 just like In Nomine.

Note to self--no more alcoholic drinks while posting.

While she does that, she might as well pick up some other helpful products and a calculator.

You always need a calculator to add up GURPS points totals.

I've been known to use a spreadsheet. Nowadays, I use character generation software (that I use myself). (I also use a spreadsheet with D&D/4e. Pain in the butt to level up to an even level otherwise.)

I have my differences with the In Nomine core system, but one nice thing about it is that it doesn't need a calculator to create characters....

I ran one of my In Nomine "Daybreak" sessions over Skype a number of months ago, due to inclement weather (aka a blizzard). That actually seemed to work fairly well (though only 2 voices could come through at a time making for some troublesome moments when everyone wanted to talk). I've considered opening my campaign up to VOIP/IM in the near future--especially if I move away from Chicago. Of course, I'll let the board know! :)

PBEMs can move a little too slowly and lack the structure I enjoy while running.

I find it allows some perspective and give the GM time to consider things more sedately. When one needs to make a decision in 3 seconds, sometimes you miss the obvious connections. Structurally, it seems easier. One can link images, which help in many big ways

Combat, of course, drags things down terribly

YMMV
