Phoenix feature request

I'd like to see the Load Out and Equipment description to recognize the "∞" symbol.
Currently it sees it as an "8"

The few places where Phoenix already displays an infinity symbol (in the weapon tables for armor divisors) is done with guile and trickery. For it to be displayed anywhere else would require similar hackery.

The basic problem is that GCA4 isn't very friendly to characters that don't fit into a single byte. IIRC, most every editor text pane and field will destroy characters like the infinity symbol.
