Default WTB Munchkin Female pawns ”babes”

Hi new here so this may be a bit lost but...
Found a Munchkin deluxe 1p 1e second hand and my
7 year old wants the female pawns for her to play with.
Does anyone want to sell me a set. I live in Sweden.
All the best Magnus

The female pawns you seek are highly sought after and those few sets that become available from time to time tend to be rather expensive. However, the male and female Munchkin Shakespeare pawns are readily available and inexpensive. If your daughter likes them you will probably save a fair amount of time and money.

Thanks for the reply, thought as much. Quite like looking for things though so maybe I get lucky. Was it only in 2013 Edt. of unnatural axe they were found?

No, they were sold in a separate package as well.

FWIW, the Shakespeare pawns are larger than the original Spyke and Flower sets.

Here are two other ways they were sold, with the standard color pack being the most common: https://munchkin.game/search/page2?q=pawns

Yes, they made them in more than just the standard Munchkin colors. In fact they made Spyke, Flower, and Zombie pawns in a handful of "promo" colors.

These were typically only available at conventions from a capsule machine, with some exceptions being the +8 Bag o' Munchkin Babes & Pawns referenced above and:
https://munchkin.game/products/acces...pawn-spawning/

I suspect you will interested in questing for them, so this will help you get started: http://forums.sjgames.com/showthread.php?t=134104

Almost forgot, The Munchkin Shakespeare Kickstarter expansion has black and glow in the dark Shakespeare male and female pawns.

Oh wise and powerful Secret Masters, once upon a time the idea of using Kickstarter to produce more pawns was teased. I stand by for you to take my money...

Well I’m about 8 years late then... Don’t mind spending a bit on the flower pawns as I got my delux set with the spyke pawns for a bargin, can’t help but wonder why they are so scarse though? Why hasnt there been any new prints of these?
Thanks for all the info, I know now atleast what could be found.

If you find them for a "bit", and you can on occasion if you are willing to research, search, be patient, and observant, BUY THEM! Trust me, I know. ;-)

You already know how to buy the Spyke pawns, have a head start on the research, and indicated you like doing this sort of thing, so I think you will eventually be successful.

As for why they are no more, I would bet on the following. SJG can no longer have them manufactured for some reason or does not think the probable return on investment is worth it. Only the Secret Master's know for sure.

Given that the entire subject seems to have been covered thoroughly, we can close the thread. I hope the original poster is able to find the pawns he wants or a suitable equivalent.
