Default My tweaks to the Lasso

The lasso is not bad as far as balance goes. If you miss it takes more turns to retrieve it than most battle last. If you hit, then it must be held taunt in order to continue to get benefits, and I take this to mean your fighter is now doing nothing else. If he wants to lasso another foe, then he has to let go the first one. Still I think it needs a bit of a tweak to bring it in line with what I am doing with these entanglement weapons.

Since the lasso has a 15 hex range, that is about 50' of rope with a lariet loop tied into it. That makes it bulkier than its 1.0 lbs

These are the changes Lasso needs:

LASSO:
- too bulky, so any carried on belt treat like a large weapon (fills one of the two over 2 lb slots)
- takes a turn to prepare when readying the weapon, regardless of Thrown Weapons skill.
- when used successfully it is tied up. That is the Lasso fighter needs to hold it taunt in order to gain the effect each turn, thus he may do no other combat action. (this is just a clarification of the current rules)
- Lasso affect vs body or arm may only be done if the foe is less than twice Lasso fighter's strength.
- If the Lasso fighter is on a horse or other mount, he could use horse's ST for the determining if he may affect body or arm entanglement.

A lassoed figure should have a chance to yank the rope out of their assailant's hand.
