Trying to understand Sorcery with GCA

I am not new to GURPS nor GCA but very new to Sorcery.
When using GCA ,I added the following ‘Advantages'

Sorcerous Empowerment 1 (Two Colleges Only; -30%) [14]
Flame Jet (Burning Attack) 2 (Increased Range (1/2D Range Only) (x2); Melee Attack; Destructive Parry; Srocery) [10]

So far so good.
Then I open each of these entries in GCA and see the following;
For: Sorcerous Empowerment

Needs: (ST:Sorcery Points)
Gives: +14 to “ST:Sorcery Points”

For: Flame Jet

Needs: AD: : Sorcerous Empowerment; (ST:Flame Jet Points)
Gives: +10 to “ST:Flame Jet Points”

Ok what the heck are Sorcery Points and Flame Jet Points?
I can find no reference to those anywhere.
What does it mean and what is it used for and how to do I see what points I have for those in GCA?
