Good point about the maps. Only the ones in the Dungeon booklet itself should have the annotations. The PDFs should at least have the ability to turn that layer off and on, but they don't (I checked in Adobe Acrobat). And the printed ones definitely shouldn't have the annotations, since a) there's no way to 'turn them off' and b) that makes them less nice when reusing them for other adventures.
