Default Stuck card question

For cards such as the Combo Rat that do not turn into a curse if they get through and stick to target hero: are these still considered monsters while stuck? Could one cast a Boom Boom, for example, to squish a Combo Rat stuck to a hero?

These become Curse cards. The text on non-curse cards that get stuck and behave like curses was changed in later sets (See the Neck Romancer and Deadshirt in Grave Danger). I've talked to the developers and added errata to the Combo Rat and Squidzilla in the card database to bring their language in line with the newer cards.

Quote:
Survivor (This ability triggers when this survives the fight.) – Remove all tokens from this and stick this to the attacker's Hero card. This changes to card type "Mischief – Curse". That Hero has Bleeding 1 (This deals 1 damage to the stuck Hero during their reckoning step.)
