I can imagine some movie like games where bullets can toss people around regardless of how patently unrealistic that is.
(So that's what first down means. I never knew, not knowing anything about football and never thinking to "Google".)

Of course, being knocked back two yards five times in one second isn't really that different from being knocked back ten yards.
