I do not hate freedom and puppies. I merely hate that I didn't have this five years ago, when I ran a GURPS campaign with a lot of realm management.

We had to use the Pathfinder Kingdom Building rules, which... did not go well.

I've heard of that, but never got the PDF.

I know there's some realm management in the (D&D Basic) Rules Cyclopedia, as well as the whole (AD&D 2E) Birthright setting. I vaguely recall seeing a 3rd-party (d20/OGL) supplement called something like "Dynasties & Bloodlines"?

Anyway, still browsing through it. :)
