Minor bug in Skill "Astronomy"

Hi,

I´ve built a char using GCA, and found a small bug. The skill "Astronomy" has "Mathematics(Applied)" as a requirement. But instead of that skill, I used the Wildcard Skill "Inventor!", which includes it. The problem is that the "Astronomy" skill definition in GCA does not take that in account.
