Default Harry Potter Finite card

So i just wanted clarification on the Finite! card in harry potter munchkin. The card says combat is over skip directly to the charity phase and discard any items "Played". So there was some confusion because to me that means any one shot items that were played during the combat but someone else said that it included any regular items such as armor since it was being played during combat.

Any cards that were actually played during the course of the combat -- one-shots or monster enhancers, mostly. Cards that were in play when the combat started aren't discarded.
