Percieving Celestials

I know that to precive a Celestial one needs to make a perception roll, but is that true for another being in Celestial Form needs to make that roll also? Or is it anything in Celestial Form can see other things in Celestial Form?

If you're in celestial form then you add your own Celestial Forces as a bonus to the roll. This stacks with the bonus of adding the target's Celestial Forces to everyone's Perception rolls to see him.

There's some stuff about this on p. 53 of the main rulebook.
