I lived in London until 2008, and I've run quite a few games set there: contemporary, near future, and since I moved out near-past too.

How many players do you usually have? Four seems like plenty, especially if you have one of those players that always wants to be a super-normal or has some other niche they're stuck on.

Around here in famously haunted Ventura County, urban fantasy or supernatural horror.

Just an FYI, landvęttir are the beasts in the Icelandic coat of arms, a bull, a griffin, a giant, and a dragon.

A supernatural bull, a griffin, a giant and a dragon seems like a pretty cool party for an epic fantasy game.

Alternately you could do an urban fantasy or supers game where the PCs were more metaphorically associated to the landvęttir.

Or a Supers campaign with those themes for the heroes, defending Iceland from various villains. :)

In Nomine: Twin Cities. For some reason (CDaU), no Tethers to major Words have ever formed here. But minor Princes and Archangels have Tethers, as do a lot of Ethereals...

Denver and Colorado in general the only things that come to mind is the Gold Rush and the US Army vs Native Americans.

So for systems, GURPS or Deadlands, for systems I have played and enjoy.
Boothill, Savage Worlds, and Hero System for systems that I haven't played or don't care for.

A friend did run a GURPS campaign, might have been Mark Skarr but not sure, that took place in the area. One night the lights went out and electricity, internal combustion engines and gun powder just stopped working, magic returned to the world and many people and creatures "mutated" into fantasy races.
