The friendly card says play in combat is this Your combat or A combat?

Any combat, not just yours. However, should you play it on another player, that player gets to choose whether or not to fight the monsters.

No, the Treasure is always gained by the person fighting the monster, unless the card says differently.
Munchkin cards should always be read as if "you" is the person on whom the card is played.

You can use Friendly to reduce the likelihood of someone else gaining level(s), since they need a combat-kill for those.

No. Bardic Luck says it activates "When you win a combat on your turn." It is almost never your turn when you are helping in a combat and arguably, the helper doesn't win the combat, he helps the other munchkin to win.
