Madness: Schizophrenia

Say a Cultist gets the madness card Schizophrenia and has Investigator as his Schizophrenic class. If I am looking for trouble and the dice roll lands in its favor (Investigator Class) can I draw an extra treasure if I defeat the combat?

You are supposed to use your schizo class (the Investigator, in this case) for your class during that combat, so do whatever it says and ignore your real class(es). In other words: Yes, you would get an extra Treasure if you Look For Trouble.
