Sorcery/Divine Favor: Moving an army
How can a sorcerer or divine favor caster move a large army (say, 20,000+ troops and logistics elements, some of which are SM+2 or larger like an elephant) ?
I'm thinking something like this: Warp (Tunnel: After you +50%, Cosmic: Larger portal +50%, Extended Duration: Nearly Permanent +150%) [350]. That's the required elements. In practice, I'd add things like Blind Only and Special Portal to reduce the cost, and Reliable to make sure it happens. My concern is whether the above enhancements are enough to create a portal that could be used to move an entire army.

This came up a few years ago, and I bookmarked it for reference - thread here - the suggestion was some combination of Area Effect and Extra Carrying Capacity.

Re: Sorcery/Divine Favor: Moving an army
Alternatively, you could build it as Warp with Affects Others, +20%, enough Area Effect to encompass the whole army, and Selective Area, +20%, to screen out anyone you don't want coming along. You'll probably need about 10 levels of Area Effect, for +500%, but consider the benefits: you get everybody all at once, instantaneously, with no chance for people getting left behind or an enemy attacking while some portion of the force is halfway through the gateway, or even trying to come through the gate themselves. An even bigger radius, which is relatively cheap at this point, could even allow you to have your force already positioned and ready for battle, just waiting for the teleport to be successful before they charge. That could be a big bonus in a fight!
