Stats for solid rubber tires [TL6 - 1920s]

Ok, one of my characters has a 1927 Mack BV series truck. Besides the flamer thrower and other vehicular necessities any good agent might need to Stalk the Night Fantastic in 1920s Chicago, this character wants to install solid rubber tires. Cool, I say. However, I am trying to figure out the stats for them. Any ideas? I figure a DR of 10 and 20 HP per tire. Any thoughts?

Its the truck next to the year 1927 with "Arbogast & Bastian" on the side.

Keep in mind that the tires will be homogeneous, so they take reduced damage from many different kinds of damage, particularly piercing.
