In my recent DF game, I allowed Imbuements, , and there's a question that has just come up: Muscle Powered Missile Weapons lack an RCL stat, but Multishot gives them RoF. What's the RCL, for example, of a bow?

Since the projectile splits "in mid-air," I'd call the RCL for a bow 1.

I made a quick call, and said rcl 2 though, since only recoil-less weapons get rcl 1, and the arrows will be affected by air currents after they split. Also, -2 per -1 to defenses is the same ratio as Prediction Shots (though I don't allow prediction shots in this game, I'm hesitant to give him a bigger penalty than what that would give him)

This would logically apply to bullets, too, but they keep the default Rcl of the gun. I think Kuroshima's feeling of Rcl 2 is right. Or, if you want to be a bit more complicated, you could make it something like 5 - the Acc of the weapon. So longbows effectively have Rcl 2, shortbows Rcl 4, crossbows Rcl 1, and so forth.
