Default Delay and "Prepare Spell"

Hey ppl, I'd like to ask two questions...

First of all, I read, "re-read" and read again the Delay spell, but I don't get it right. Can I use it on "anything" or just on spells that were used with "Link" previously? (The idea was to use it for the effect of my custom-spell below)

Second, If I can't do that with delay, what do you think of this spell:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Prepare Spell (Regular, Meta-Spell)
Duration: 12 hours.
Time to Cast: 10 Seconds or the time to cast the prepared spell, whichever is higher.
Cost: Same to cast the prepared spell, 1/10 to mantain.

You cast prepare spell, to spend the Time of Cast of any desired spell previously and maintain it so you can unleash the desired spell whenever you want. Releasing it takes a concentration maneuver in which you spend the nevessary energy to cast the spell again. This spells leaves a taint on the caster, both of Meta-Spell College and the college of the prepared spell, Blocking and Missile Spells can not be prepared.

Prerequirements: Delay
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
So, mainly, the spells means, by spending the FP cost x2 (plus 1/10 per 12 hours) and the casting time before hand, you can use your summons, polymorph, and long "time to cast" spells in combat.

Any suggestions on mechanics or FP cost or duration of the "Prepare Spell" spell?
Thanks a lot!
