Default Life draining

Is it easy/possible to model life draining (Unlife in Shadow World) with new rules?

Effects are something like this: drain HT (or CPs, 10 CPs drained = -1HT) from all enemies that are within 2 or 3 yards, once in every 5 or so seconds. HT-roll (maybe w/ some negative modifier) would prevent this. Lost HT heals at rate of 1/week (or 1 CP/day) or something like that. Just curious and impatiently waiting for books to arrive in Finland.

Yeah, that's just Affliction with Area Effect, Emanation, Extended Duration and Reduced Attribute. Affliction does everything, man. It rocks.
