One Size Fits All

Can i pick up every cards which one or two hand(s), helm, armour or footwear by using one size fits all? does it give the maximum bonus even if i dress it down and later i dress it up again?

First off, wearable Items only, so something like Armor, Headgear and Footgear, or that looks like you wear it, not wield it (like something that uses Hands).

Second, no, if you take it off and put it back on again, the power of One Size Fits All is gone. Remember, OSFA lets you wear something you can't, regardless of race, sex, class or if you're already wearing something of the same type, but only if you start using it right away. You take it off, the "power" is gone.
