The Shadow Nose and the Escape Goat
Alright, I wasn't able to find this searching, so here goes:
When facing the Shadow Nose, the bad stuff says: "You cannot flee; it automatically catches you. Lose 3 levels." The Escape Goat steed says "When you fail to run away from a monster, you may discard the escape goat to transfer the effects of the bad stuff to a player of your choice." I used the escape goat after I failed to beat the shadow nose, and my associates were of the opinion that since I "cannot flee" then I didn't "run away" and therefore couldn't "fail to run away". I feel that it is still running away according to how the game plays, and therefore failing to run away. Who is right? |

Re: The Shadow Nose and the Escape Goat
You are right. Being unable to Run Away is a subset of failing to Run Away.
