Default Pathfinder Munchkin Q

Necromancer Reanimation: Once per combat, you may discard three card to add the top monster from the discards to a fight and make it Undead

does this mean that the TOP CARD MUST be a MONSTER card in the discards pile or do you just take the first monster that you find in the pile (meaning that it is TOP monster card)

Take the first monster in the discards, even if it's not the actual top card.

So, another important question:

When do these three cards go to discards pile: immediately or at the end of the combat? For example: can Necromancer-1 reanimate Dragoblin, which was discarded with 2 other cards by Necromancer-2 for another monster's reanimation in same combat?
