Default Post Apocalypse Munchkin?

With the success of Mad Max and Fallout 4 cresting the horizon, couldn't a Post-Apocalypse Munchkin be a timely addition to the series?

Mutant Monsters, weird cobbled together weapons, junky cars running on fumes... Stabbing your buddy for that last bottle of expensive water.

I'm sure the idea must have been considered. Though I guess with an existing Munchkin Apocalypse set there might be a naming issue.

That's precisely what's covered in Munchkin Apocalypse

Munchkin Apocalypse is more Mid-Apocalypse, with harbingers, omens and Cthulhu, finding ways to prepare to spend the rest of your life underground boiling ramen with your recycled sweat.

Post Apocalypse is radioactive monsters, roving raiders, unguarded weapons depos and wilderness survival.

No, we don't plan for such a fine genre distinction. We're happy with the way Munchkin Apocalypse handles the subject.

FTFY. I can imagine a card called "Post-Al" that could be any number of things. :)

Yes, I did mean that as a riff on "going postal", but it made more sense to me to drop the last syllable to go with Cliomancer's request for a Post-Apocalypse Munchkin.

I'm not sure how I'd interpret what would effectively be "After Al." Which Al are we talking about?

Perhaps such an expansion could include a few Post-Apocalyptic themed cards that could function as a means of keeping the game going after the Seventh Seal is opened, at least temporarily.

Nope. Seventh Seal ends the game. That's not going to change. Which is another reason why a post-apoc set is unlikely.

Fair enough, and to be honest I prefer it that way.
