Drachen fires right Flamethrower at Lightshow2's right:
  • To Hit target 6, damage 1d6, Fire Modifier 4 Burn Duration 3
  • To Hit roll modifiers: -1 range (6"), -4 speed (side-to-side @ 60mph), -1 Compact, +0 Gunner skill, +1 Targeting Computer = total -5
  • To Hit Roll: 2d6-5 = 0 (2, 3) -- miss

(Invisible Castle seems to be down at the moment so that was rolled the old-fashioned way)

Turn 3 Phase 1 Collisions

Yellow Turtle and Lightshow 2 are moving in close quarters. I move each one inch at a time. Still, there will either be a collision or a near miss depending on who moves first.
  • Vehicles at the same speed, with the same driver skill & reflex roll
  • I roll for who gets to decide whether to move first or second (1-3 YT, 4-6 LS2)
  • Roll=3 (Yellow Turtle)
  • Yellow Turtle decides to move first, causing a collision during his second inch of movement. Lightshow2 conforms to Yellow Turtle and then completes his second inch of movement post-collision.

Yellow Turtle t-bones Lightshow2:
  • DMs: Yellow Turtle: 1, Lightshow2: 2/3, Yellow Turtle has a Ramplate
  • Collision Speed: 70mph (9d)
  • Collision Damage: 3,3,2,2,4,3,3,6,4 (total 30)
  • Yellow Turtle takes 30 x 2/3 (DM) x 1/2 (Ramplate) = 10 (destroys 3 points of metal armor)
  • Lightshow2 takes 30 x 2 (Ramplate) = 60 (destroys Gunner, Power Plant, Driver, left side armor)
  • Yellow Turtle new speed 35mph
  • Yellow Turtle takes a D4
  • Lightshow2 takes a D1 for the collision plus a D2 for driver killed, moves in a straight line decelerating 5mph per turn until it hits a wall
  • Lightshow2 killed; 4 Victory Points awarded to Yellow Turtle

Turn 3 Phase 2 Weapons Fire

Hotshot fires 2 back FTs at BEI - 2065 Inferno Mk. II's left:
  • To Hit target 6 (2 rolls), damage 1d6, Fire Modifier 4 Burn Duration 3
  • To hit roll modifiers: +1 Gunner, +4 Range (< 1"), +1 Sustained Fire, -3 Speed (Back-to-Side = 50mph) = total +3
  • Rolls: 2d6+3=12, 2d6+3=14 (2 hits)
  • Hits: 1d6=1, 1d6=4 (5 damage)
  • Result: 5pts to left armor, D1 hazard

BEI - 2065 Inferno Mk. II fires 3 front FTs at Hotshot's back right tire:
  • To Hit target 6 (3 rolls), damage 1d6, Fire Modifier 4 Burn Duration 3
  • To Hit modifiers: +2 Gunner, +1 SWC, +4 Range (< 1"), -0 Speed (Front-to-Side = 20mph), -3 Tire = total +4
  • Rolls: 2d6+4=10, 2d6+4=15, 2d6+4=11 (3 hits)
  • Hits: 1d6=1, 1d6=6, 1d6=5 (12 damage, tire has 9 DP)
  • Result: Right rear tire destroyed (HS goes to -6, HC reduced by 3), obstacle produced
  • Hotshot Control Roll Needed: HS -6 at 20mph = 3+
  • Control Roll: 1d6=5 (succeeded)

Drachen fires right FT at Green Machine's right:
  • To Hit target 6, damage 1d6, Fire Modifier 4 Burn Duration 3
