Default wandering monster vs multiple elves

my brother was fighting a wannabe vampire lvl 12 , he was an elf , wearing the kneepads of allure . he tells me I must help him to kill the wannabe ( I am also an elf ). together we were going to take down the wannabe , but an other player plays a wandering monster with a face sucker which is +6 against elves, does the face sucker get +12 considering he is fighting 2 elves , and if we do happen to win , do I get a level for helping him even though I was compelled by the kneepads ?

To answer the first question, no. You never apply the same bonus twice.

For the second, yes.

Ha, yeah. Technically I should have said penalty, but I suppose it's a bonus for the monster side too.
