Default Munchkin 7 - Fries?

Hey Guys (first, sorry for my english, i am from germany ^^)

I just recently bought the Munchkin 7 AddOn and was going through the cards and saw "Fries" (Lv 10 Monster).

The Effecttext says something like "You can play this card from your hand, to help IN ANY ATTACK against any player"

Now i dont know, what this is supposed to do. What means "helping in a fight against the player"? Do i just fight him with MY Level + Items + the Monster he is allready fighting?

Or is "me" just the Fries Monster, so i simply can add the fries to any monster, anyone is fighting?
(if that is the case, why they dont write it that way?^^)

Thanks a lot guys / and girls =)

It can be added to any combat without a Wandering Monster card. It wasn't written that way because it was written for Blender, almost 10 years ago, and the rulespeak wasn't as formalized then.
