Can kickstarter revive Car Wars minis

When the Car Wars kickstarter gets going will support be strong enough to revive the Car Wars miniatures line?

I have to disagree. I think those models are blocky and lacking in fine detail. Not that I would leave them on a shelf if I found them but that's nostalgia taking my wallet again.

I concur. I look at those and have an urge to stick to the original counters.

If the Car Wars Kickstarter has a stretch goal of new sculpts of modular cars and weapons or equipment I can see myself throwing a lot of money that way.

How about a new range of 1" x 1/2" x 1/10" slabs... errr. miniatures. These would be high quality, pewter with a high quality finish. A painting guide would be available that came with free cardstock counters.

You could even stick the counters on to the slabs... dang it... miniatures if your painting skills were no up to scratch.
