Getting Back My Stuff
So, I had purchased down downloaded several GURPS eBooks - notably Gun Fu and at least one or two others. I enjoyed themn thoroughly....and then, some while later, my laptop died. Catastrophic hard drive failure.
Unfortunately, all my titles were on that hard drive...and I do not know if they will be recoverable or not. Is there any way for me to re-download the titles that I purchased? |

If you purchased them from warehouse23, you should just be able to log back in there and redownload them.

Re: Getting Back My Stuff
That assumes they signed in using their account.
One reason why I love SJG, because my computers don't always give warning before they become ugly paper weights. I once bought something after forgetting my password and procrastinating getting a new one. Eventually, when I gained a new paper weight, I just re-purchased the small product with my account. I now habitually sign even if I'm just looking at products

They are at gencon now so it might be early next week but I would email sj games then give them a few days to respond they probably can help them. If you don't have a warehouse 23 user name you should get one.

Re: Getting Back My Stuff
I bought hundreds of ebooks when WotC was allowing PDFs years ago. Then they disallowed it. Then they allowed it again, through their preferred vendor.
Apparently, the vendor from whom I bought the majority of my PDFs went under. Thankfully, I've learned from previous computer crashes, so when I lost that computer, I had primary and secondary backups on external hard drives. I trust SJGames to be around, so I know my stuff will be re-downloadable for years to come. The FORMAT of their "here are your products," I wouldn't mind changing. But given I own over 100 Pyramids (just to start), being able to search helps. Just wish they had a "you bought these in the last 60 days" section, so my recent purchases and latest couple of Pyramids were easy to find on one page. :-)

Dunno 'bout y'all, but I wouldn't mind having access to the Pyramid vol. 2 archives I lost when my hard drive died hard around 2010.
