I once described an elven npc as so tough looking that the PCs should imagine him as what Clint Eastwood would look like as an Elf. He promptly became "Clintolas".

Definitely to be blamed on my players is the Level Boss vilain who described himself as "The Herald of the Fourth Horseman". He was immediately mocked as "Harold".
