B) The Present (maybe in something like our world or an alternate)
An alternate history deviating from ours in the 1920s-1930s with the arrival of supers. (They would have been born before this, say earliest supers born just after the turn of the century)
A) One type of Origin (all supers are varriets of the same clause/phenomenon).
One origin, science/mutation like aberrant or heroes.
