Orgasm is essentially a "standardized" seizure state, with lots of slightly incoherent brain activity, combined with hormones, heavy cardio activity, and at the end, a sudden drop in blood pressure as everything tries to return to homeostasis. I'm not surprised that some peoples bodies and brains do some silly things on the way to achieving homeostasis, including fainting, having real seizures, etc.
