Hi, Mathyoo. I'm splitting your LONG post into several shorter ones, with more detailed subject lines, to make it easier for other people to find the answers to your questions.
The intent of the Friendship Potion is to end the combat, and I'm going to rule that the reference to Looting The Room makes that explicit enough to lock it down. So no, you cannot add more monsters to a fight in which Friendship Potion has been played.
(It is possible we have ruled this differently in the past. I am overriding those rulings. I think the Loot The Room clause is clear that combat has ended.)
