I'd say "Targeted Attack/Vitals - Boxing punch" but it says targeted attacks
can only work with impaling/piercing attacks.
Now, I assume that it can just be assumed that 'damage' reflects this type of injury (eg 6pts of crushing damage to the torso == major wound and can potentially knock peoeple down/out (assuming they have average st/hp)

Don't increase wounding and force a knockdown roll. Martial Arts has more details.
