Ah, i forgot one situation, damn!

5) A female Half-Breed Halfling loses 0 levels. Is this a case which the female character has no bad stuff suffered, or two cards must be discarded? My opinion is the "no bad stuff suffered" applies, because she is a Halfling and so she belongs to one of those situations.
