How about this for the name of the Lilim form

"Gift of Heaven"

"Slip the Bonds" Pow +2, Acc +/-0, Dodge +2 Affects escaping/evading Grappling and Hold Maneuvers only.

"The Ties That Bind" Pow +2, Acc +2, Dodge +/-0 Grapple/Hold Maneuver dose no Damage.

"Returning the Gift" Pow +/-0, Acc +2, Dodge +2 Deals no Damage, allocate CD in Bonuses to next Combat Action.
