That would be correct. They were listed as supposed to appear in the next Quest expansion, which Andrew said in another thread was shelved indefinitely, but I wanted to make sure they were definitely coming back out before I drove myself nuts trying to find them. At this point it looks like I don't have much choice in having to wait to find out.
