For at least your first game or two, this game can run anywhere from 3 or more hours (so, far this has been my experience).
If your worried about time constraints, you can always limit starting move and start everyone at a higher level. A good way to do this is everyone starts at level 5 with only 2 move (of course you have to lower hidden door and locked door costs down to 2).
This thread mentions this strategy.
And this thread has a strategy for speeding up the first round. Basically just lowering the starting move to 1 move for the first round.
But once you get the hang of the game it should speed up a lot.
